1. Overmolding And Insert Moldings

In the over-molding process, a soft TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) is molded over a base of a rigid material. This process produces a soft feel to the product as well as improved impact properties and an increased value.

Molds for Overmolding plastic part. The plastic part is bottom case for notebook. We put the first shot plastic part into the second shot mold (for rubber), and than shot the rubber on specific area on the first shot plastic part. So it's need two molds to product this plastic part.
