FAQ

Q1. How to export the selected company data into electronic files?

Click the "Print" button, select the "Detail Information", then click the left-hand corner "Export Report" button, and choose .doc file format to save the data into word file.

Q2. After following and completing the installation and fixed file instruction, error message appeared during searching?

Restart the computer to enable search function.

Q3. After installing Net Framework 2.0 and restarting the computer, search function still can't work properly.

Please remove the old version of Net Framework and install the new one. After the installation of Net Framework 2.0, restart the computer. Search function should work properly.

Q4. If the following error message appeared during the implementation of the program:
