Profile : linear actuators

1. Totally Enclosed Three Phase Asynchronous Motors

Y2 series Motor can be used in various fields such as machine tools, water pumps, blowers and compressors as well as transportation, mixture, printing, agricultural machines and food processors where are no inflammable, explosive or corrosive gases. The mounting dimension and the power degree of Y2 series Motor conform to IEC standard and DIN42673 standard of Germany. The protection degree of the frame is of IP54 and the cooling method of IC411 with continuous duty (SI). F-class insulation is used and the temperature rising is checked against B-class (except motors of H31512-2.4 and all the specifications of H355 which are checked against F-class). The noise level at load state is also checked.

3. Reik Single Phase Induction Motors

1. Rated continuous operation. 2. E class insulation. 3. Capacitive Induction Motor shall be used for high power output and low noise single phase Motor. 4. Using the 220V, 3 phase AC Induction Motor.

4. Reik 3 Phase Induction Motors

1. Always maintain the load properly: For a non-exciting type electrical magnetic brake, loading can be kept normally by the brake whenever the power source is "Off". 2. Instantaneous brake: Over-travel in 2-4 cycles only for a single Motor. 3. More complex, controllable, instantaneous Normal / Reversible time: Allowable "Stop" for 6 times per minute. (3 second or more have to be kept for each "Stop"), C&B type of Motor is applicable on 100 times of "stop" per minute if necessary.
