1. CNC Swisses ( CNC Lathes)

Max. turning diameter 20mm. With guide bush holder and long parts catcher, it can make long and complicated components. With non guide bush holder, the length of rest bar can be reduced up to 50mm. Seven axes simultaneously movement (X1/Y1/Z1/X2/Z2/C1/C2). Main / Sub spindle C axis movement. Sub tooling system can make eccentric drilling, milling and grooving function.

2. CNC Swiss Lathes

Max. Turning Diameter 42mm. Both guide bush / Non guide bush are available for making complicated components. With hydraulic chuck system on main spindle, it accepted poor tolerance bar to save the material cost. Deep hole drilling on sub spindle side with center cooling system. It has both fixed and rotary type. The tooling system has two Y axis and Cs axis. Totally there are 37 tool holders and 19 of them are living tool. Cross and face drilling function are available on main and sub spindle. Built-in spindle with oil cooling system offers high efficiency, low noise and high accuracy environment.

3. CNC Swisses ( CNC Lathes)

JSL-26AB/32AB/42AB Max. turning diameter 26mm ~ 42mm. Seven axes simultaneously movement (X1/Y1/Z1/X2/Z2/C1/C2). Main / Sub spindle C axis movement. Sub tooling system can make eccentric drilling, milling and grooving function. Side drilling can be converted to end drilling

4. CNC Swisses ( CNC Lathes)

Max. turning diameter 20mm. With guide bush holder and long parts catcher, it can make long and complicated components. Four axes simultaneously movement (X/Y/Z/C). Main spindle cross drilling, milling function. Surface contour machining available.
