◎作品開發背景：
TW 六軸 CNC 磨铣機針對市場大直徑及長型刀具的需求開發結合磨CAD\CAM 軟體，硬體結構有雙砂輪主軸、大馬力、U 軸、探針及跟隨中心支持裝置，全部結合研磨資料系統於一體機台。針對市場及客戶對控制器不同須要，TW 六軸 CNC 磨铣機整合 SIEMSNS 840D、FANUC31i 、FAGOR8070 及台達 NC311A 控制器的 HMI 界面，讓整體機械提升長型刀具精度穩定及快速生產；使刀具製造業者及汽機車、航太、風力發電、油田開採、醫療刀具的生產產能提高，機台提供研磨和 加功能，更能節能減碳，不浪費材料及減少廢料的產生。TW 六軸 CNC 磨铣機屬於鼎維公司的產品系統延伸，擴大到磨铣合一領域，並提昇刀具製造業者的國際市場競爭力。
