Description :

1. Eggs conveyor belts are able to guarantee absorption of the eggs breaking and also the cleaning of others eggs during the transport: this is possible because it’s a soft woven belt.
2. The polypropylene yarn is extremely resistant to bacteria and funguses without particular additional finishings and it also resists to the action of acidis and alkali. Also it doesn't absorb water and doesn't restrain the humidity, for this reason the polypropylene belts don't affect by the climate and sudden changes of temperature.
3. One of the characteristics of these belts is the possibility to wash them in cold water.
4. Our EGGS CONVEYOR POLYPROPYLENE BELTS can be joined by sewing machine or soldering them by ultrasounds. All the belts can be woven in different ways: herringbone, plain-weave or tied tubular, in widths from 50mm (2") to 150mm (6") and they can also be personalized.
