Description :

1. Power- feedback low- power fiber- optic laser spot welder.
2. The welder is suitable for spot welding of various small - scale components, small size, the output laser of the welder is provided with 50 groups and 14 bands of adjustable waveform, and all real time groups of waveform that can be used externally.
3. The waveform can be switched over during welding for different kinds of complicated welding seam.
4. It can weld inductor, crystal oscillator, magnetic read, micro motor, etc, and can be widely used in electrical component industry. 5. Comparing with WF30, power of PB25 is steadier, more convenient in production control, fiber optic diameter is less than WF30, and is suitable for the field requiring smaller welding spot.
6. It can perform high - speed spot welding with a scanner worktable.
7. Applications & materials: it can weld inductor, crystal oscillator, magnetic read, micro motor, etc, and is widely used in electrical component industry.
