1. Collect customer request comment, doing production revision ask customer for. Get conformation both for all request.
2. For meet customer request, integrate to the three part of doing outlook of case to meet customer request, layout and safety certification.
3. Arrange production line doing the first small batch while development completed, then fix the problem if have.
4. As safety regulations do Reliability test, environment test, RoHS test…etc. Send official application to certification center once all test completed.
5. Get relative certification be approved, take over information to relative dept. set up customer management number in system; information customer place official order do bulk.
6. After shipment, arrange specialist tracking and do after-sale service if have, the relative data all set up in customer system. Then we can find the initial issue and provide solve way quickly once our production defective.
