Description :

1. This type machine is especially designed for welding circular workpiece. Pneumatic cylinders, jigs and turn table motor are used in the machine, and machine not only can make prompt position to the workpiece but also to achieve 360 degree turning.
2. Wide welding diameter range: applicable for 25~300mm workpiece.
3. Top/bottom moving-cylinders—It can fix welding gun, jigs and accessories on the cylinders to achieve prompt moving and precise position. Cylinders’ Moving route is up to 150MM.
4. Welding turn table—driven by DC MOTOR, adjustable and stable welding speed. Re-turning angle is form 0~360 degrees. Overlap welding time is adjustable.

Specification :

1. Welding gun adjustment—Welding gun can make top/down, left/right, and forward/backward adjustment.
2. Operating method—MIG/TIG/PLASMA are all acceptable for welding. It depends on what kinds of materials are used.
3. Stand up operating way can increase working efficiency.
