Detail Information

Description : 1. Multi-ply tire liner feed plates.
2. The liner feed plates are made of plate aluminum and are slant adjustable, allowing multiple plies of liner to automatically center around the drum.
3. The forming drum spindle is powered by Japanese Mitsubishi three-speed motor. Three- stage speed settings for the following processes: steel belt and liner fitting, steel belt to tread rubber vulcanizing, and tread rubber lamination rolling. Forming drum rpms are fully controlled by the operator.
4. Accessories include 3 laser light beams for use during lamination of steel belts to liners or tread rubber to steel belts, assisting the operator in exact positioning.
5. Newly designed and patented forming drum for seamless sidewalls and lips.
6. Newly patented tread rubber lip roll-forming mechanism.
7. Newly designed and patented pre-sprung locking roller tappet for quick liner fitting. Capable of anticipating job completion, the spring roller tappet automatically unlocks, ejects the work piece,and repeats the process.
8. Tread rubber forming drum with dual stage pneumatic press rollers. High pressure for tread to sidewall forming automatically switches to low pressure where rubber is thinner, thereby eliminating overspill of adhesive which can affect tire integrity and vulcanization.
9. Japanese Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller (FX2N-64MR).
