Description : 1. Three-stage expand/contract forming drum for quicker production and higher quality of high-end tires.
2. Newly designed and patented seamless bead wire insulator, during tread carving this machine locates the bead wire insulation precisely, expelling bubbles and enhancing vulcanization.
3. Forming drum spindle powered by 2hp × 1/10 motor with auto deceleration.
4. Roller tappet liner placement powered by 1/2 hp motor with disc brake and photoelectric switch.
5. Adhesive roller powered by 1/2 hp motor with disc brake and photoelectric switch.
6. Conveyer powered by 1/2 hp × 1/5 motor with disc brake and micro switch.
7. Forming drum spindle equipped with hydraulic disc brake.
8. Japanese Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller (FX2N-64MR).
9. Recently patented tread truing holder. Raises product quality and increases output while decreasing dual color processing. Yields symmetrically balanced stable tires.
