We have not only the advanced machines which including the Auto Die Bonders, Auto Wire Bonders, Auto Sorting Machines, Auto Glue Dispensing Systems, Fully Auto Lead-Free Wave Soldering Machines, Constant Temperature & Humidity Machine and many other LED Testing & Aging equipments. The whole production processes are carried out in the anti-static and non-dust workrooms.
