SMAC unique electric actuator configuration such as mini inline XYZ gauging systems gives you the capability of 100% parts inspection (eliminating bad parts) and correction through immediate feedback and adjustment i the manufacturing process. Volumes up to 100 cubic mm can be covered by a single system.

The actuator systems can measure so many features - external & internal dimensions, threads, bores, grooves while checking for burrs at the same time. All this done in normal ie. dirty environments. SMAC measurements can easily be correlated to be manual gauge methods, the "GAUGE CORELLATION."
