2.Air valve dried with infrared ceramic heater at dry conveyor after coated with cement material which has excellent permeability and obtain good adhesion force on the surface of air valve.

3.Including air-blade at festoon roller-conveyer to clear inside membrane of air valve.

4. Nozzle spray position adjustable, air valve could be coated evenly.

5.Dry temperature auto controlled at ±1℃
