* Manufacturing process:
1. JL-50400CNC Rail grinding machine is equipped with two vertical spindles and one horizontal spindle. X,Y, Z axis are all driven by servo motors. Longitudinal is driven by ball screw and servo motor. Working piece (rail) will be fixed on a fixture or permanent magnetic chuck, and ground two sides and surface at the same time.
2. One horizontal spindle on the side of column is for grinding the surface of linear way, vertical and transverse axis of the spindle are driven by servo motors.
3. Two vertical spindles and one horizontal spindle can process at the same time.
4. Two diamond dressers at the side of magnetic chuck will dress the vertical wheels.
5. One vertical diamond dressing roller device is at the left side of working piece, with double sides (left-right) rotation. Twin grinding wheels are dressed by the same diamond wheel to make sure the profile and dimensions of twin grinding wheels are the same to eatch other. Rails are ground to have the same lateral profile of both sides, dimensions and surface roughness.
6. There is one horizontal diamond dressing roller device at the right side of working piece, with double sides (left-right) rotation. The max. width of the diamond roller is 75mm. To grind the standard flat of rail with profile (shape) diamond roller
