F20-1 antirust oil

1.Character and Usage

This product is made by many kinds of chemical additives such as the
mineral oil, the rust-preventing agent, the oxidation inhibitor and so on under the specific craft. It is brownish red transparent oil, advantage as following.

1.1 It has good rust resistance for metal workpieces, protection period can reach above two years under the normal conditions of indoor;
1.2 Viscosity can be adjust according to customers' demand without affecting rust phase. It mainly used for the military, precision machinery industry, bearing, Chain factory, watch factory and industrial goods warehouse, etc.;
1.3This product is sealed type antirust oil, It is mainly against rust, a bit lubrication. General parts don't need to clean, (except special requirement) and use directly.

This product applies to carbon steel, bearing steel, brass, aluminum alloy, zinc galvanization, chromeplate, blue items and their combination for a long-term sealed rust protection.

2.Usage method
When F20-1 antirust oil serves as sealing rust prevention, first use the solvent oil or the burning kerosene clean the protection, if workpieces with rust should be clear first. After drying, brush or immerse into this antirust oil for 1~3 minutes, and then add the inside and outside packing
