Preformed Tension Clamp for ADSS



The Preformed Dead End Clamp is used to fix the ADSS cable on the hanging points of the corner, tension, terminal tower, or fix OPGW cable to the power tower tower grounding bracket. The Preformed Dead End Tension Clamp is used to connect terminal support, tension support, splice
support and support of angle greater than 25 .





The
configuration of High Strength Preformed Dead End Tension Clamp includes terminal support-1set/support, tension
support-2sets/support, support of angle over 25 (angle) .


Users according
to the fiber cable diameter, RTS or span selection suitable Tension clamp.


The Preformed Guy Grip Dead End Clamp includes: Inner preformed armor rods, outer tension preformed
rods, a thimble clevis, a clevis, two anchor shackles.


Product
structure


1.      Inner
preformed armor rods: Made of Aluminum-clad steel, with particulate grit
applied to increase friction. The terminals bend toward outside to keep cable
form abrasion.


2.      Outer
tension preformed rods: Made of Aluminum-clad steel, the individual rod
assembled into groups to increase the strength of tension clamp in the condition
of decreasing the stress imposed on cable.


3.      Thimble:
Hot galvanized steel.


There
are five types of failure loads: 20KN.50KN.70KN.100KN.120KN.


4.      Clevis:
Hot galvanized steel. It used to connect to thimble clevis and anchor shackle.
There are four types: 50KN.70KN.100KN.120KN.
