This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody (B496) conjugated via a Mc-VC-PABC linker to MMAE. The MMAE is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis.
