Introduce of CD1 MD1 Wire Rope Cable Sling Electric Hoist 


Model CD1 Electric Hoist has only one normal speed, which can be satisfy normal
application. Model MD1 Electric Hoist provides two speeds: normal speed and low
speed. At a low speed, it can do precise loading and unloading, mounding of
sand box, maintenance of machine tools, etc. Thus, Model MD1 Electric Hoist is
more widely than Model CD1


CD1 TYPE WIRE ROPE HOIST


1.    
Reducer


Third-class dead axel helical gear transmission structure is
adopted, gear and axel are made of heat treated alloy steel, case and case
cover with precise assembly and good seal made of quality cast iron. The
reducer is independent, so it`s easy to load and unload it.


2.    
Control Box


It has device with up and down stroke protection of break off
limiter and can cut off main circuit in an emergency, which ensure safe
operation of electric block. Electric elements are of long service life and
operational safety.

Steel Wire Rope


It uses GB1102-74(6*37+1) hoist steel wire rope which is durable
in use.


4.    
Conical Motor


The hoist motor uses conical rotors of relatively stronger
starting torque to break asynchronous motor and does not need exter
arrester.The motor `s load duration factor is 25%, the motor uses B gread and F
gread insulation and its gread of protection is IP44/IP54.


5.    
Button Switch


It`s hand-operated, easy to handle, and has modes of cord
operarion and cordless remote control.
