Zero leakage Bellows Global Valve/Chlor Alkali Valve


Product Introduction





Designed for all types of high risk media. It`s stem part has not only packing seal but also bellows, which has a double seal structure can effectively prevent the leakage of dangerous media. In the structure, combined with domestic and foreign valves, disc and valve seat sealing were made of PTFE and stellite, which made the valve more safety, sealing more stable, valve body more stronger on corrosion resistance and no media leakage.












Design Feature:


1, Valve body uses LCB+Si, Chlorine and liquid chlorine corrosion resistance, can work at temperature -40.


2, Using double valve shaft and new type of sealing, effectively solve the common valves` problem , sealing is not good and easy to reveal.


3, The flange adopt grooved seal structure, make sure the sealing is stable even there is pressure fluctuation in the pipe.


4, Uses PTFE packing to form a combination seal and guarantee no leakage.
