Production process: Cold rolled - cold drawn.


Heat treatment: Bright annealing.


Production Standard: ASTM A269; ASTM A213 etc.


Material grade: TP304/TP304L; TP316/TP316L.


Size: OD:3.18mm-19.05mm  WT: 0.5mm-2.11mm.


Size tolerance: OD:+/-0.1mm;WT : +/-10%.


Length: As per different product sizes, single roll length of about 250-300 meters, the entire tube is seamless without any welding point.


Quality control: 100%PMI - Eddy current - Hydraulic Test.


Coil tubing packing: Loss-prevention film packaging, then seaworthy plywood case packing or spool packing.


Process characteristics: The stainless steel seamless coil tubing is produced by cold drawn of the moving core. The whole tube is seamless without any welding point; the tube is cleaned in a circulating manner and there is no oil adhesion inside and outside the tube; the gas protection is brightly annealed and the product is free of oxides.


Products are cleaner to ensure the internal and external cleanliness of the product.
