Pp Homopolymer Sheet is a thermoplastic that belongs to the polyolefin group of materials. Like most polyolefins, polypropylene is approved for direct food contact. Polypropylene Plate offers a great combination of physical, chemical, mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties, with a good strength to weight ratio. Extruded Polypropylene Pp Sheet offers a high strength to weight ratio and is stiffer and stronger than copolymer, this combined with good chemical resistance and welding allows this material to be used in many corrosion resistant structures.





Main Properties:



Polypropylene offers a good balance of thermal, chemical and electrical properties with moderate strength. It possesses a good strength to weight ratio and due to its hard, high gloss surface, polypropylene is ideally suited to environments where there is concern for bacteria build up that can interfere with flow. Polypropylene sheets can be heat formed, shaped and welded to fabricate ducts, hoods and much more. Polypropylene sheets have excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of items.



Application:



Sewage line, seals spraying carrier, anti-corrosive tank/bucket, acid/alkali resistant industry, waste/exhaust emission equipment, washer, dust free room, semiconductor factory and other related industry equipment and machinery, food machine and cutting plank and electroplating process.
