Pallet Automatic Cartons Strapping Machine






With the strapping head of model Taiwan company. The internal of every strapping is 15s.


The tape spool Model KE-400 is with the auto belt collecting function.


The PLC is FX1N+60MR control system ( MISTUBISHI ). Customer can set the time and distance as per required.








1. The Automatic Packing Machine SKV1220 is specially used to strap the pallets. The strap head is made by TITAN, Germany. The PLC is from SIEMENS,  which ensure the advanced property and reliable operation. 


This machine is used with the pallet wrapping and conveying line automatically in no need of manualoperation.


2.1 Strapping specification:


   Size of pallet: 1400mmx1300mmx2000mm


2.2 Requirement for the placing of the pallets.


The pallet is laid on the conveyor with the center line parallel with the ground surface. 


2.3 Strapping head: (TITAN Germany)


Feeding speed of the belt:  2.5-4.5m/s


Tension force, infinite regulation:  200-2500N


Hot melting sealing, length of sealing head:  27mm


Material of belt:  PET


Width of belt:  9-16mm (Recommend 12mm )


Thickness of belt:  0.6-0.8mm
