Stainless steel
investment casting is our most important products. A&M Manufacturing
Co.Ltd.,  has the enough experience to produce. There are two professional
branch plants to produce stainless steel precision casting.





* water glass casting: low temperature lost-wax casting process,
with capacity to cast products range from 0.1kg to 100kgs. The usually used
materials are carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, high manganese
steel, special alloy steel, etc.

* silica sol casting: medium temperature lost-wax casting process, with
capacity to cast products range from 0.01kgs to 50kgs. The usually used
materials are carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, high manganese
steel, special alloy steel, etc.
* Sand Casting: weight of products range from 0.5kgs to 10tons. The usually
used materials are ductile iron, gray iron, high chrome iron, many kinds of
steel, wear resistant material, etc.

Material: austenitic stainless steel ( CF8, CF8M, CF3 and CF3M);
               Martensitic stainless steel ( 1Cr13, 2Cr13);
               precipitation-hardening stainless steel( 17-4PH).

The factory with vacuum furnace to do superalloy castings, such as turbine,
turbine blade, supercharger, Ni-base alloy casting, Cr-base alloy casting.
Also we have enough and advanced CNC machining equipments, such as CNC vertical
machining center, CNC turning machines, CNC milling machines. It can produce
many types of stainless steel parts from 0.005kg to 2000kg.
These stainless steel casting parts produced by us are mainly used in
automobile industry, construction, ship, medical equipment, pipe line,
petrochemical industry and so on.
