Brief introduction:


XK3102H weighing indicator has various advantages such as perfect function, stable performance, wide suitability, multiple function and convenient operation, has I/O interface and analog output interface and is mainly suitable for static electronic railway scale with special requirement.


Features:


Tarring function: Including manual tarring, digital tarring and automatic tarring;


M+ and M-functions: Maximum 8-digit for M+, maximum 4-digit for M-and having 50 classification;


Truck storage function: Being able to store 400 truck numbers and tare weight with 6-digit;


Code function: Having 50 groups of codes that can set tare weight, lower limit, under load, below load, upper limit;


Record function: Being able to record 1,200 groups of weighing data. Recording contents include serial number, truck number, code, gross weight, net weight, tare weight, time and date;


Query function: Being able to query on truck number/tare weight, code, record and so on;


Digital calibration: Being able to make two-point non-linear calibration;

The panel has seal cover and reserves lead seal hole and is convenient for parameter programming, scale calibration and device management;


Rich interface function: One RS-232C (or RS-485), one 20mA current loop and one Centronics printer interface; Having one external I/O interface, seven switch input signals such as zeroing, tarring and printing and five fixed-value output control signals; having one 0/4-20 mA analog output;


Watchdog circuit is used for ensuring normal operation of indicator;


Display: 6-digit VFD (main display), 8-digit VFD (secondary display) and 14-digit state display.
