Taipei PLAS 2010 flexes back for industry recovery

Jan 05, 2010

In contrast to other international plastics and rubber shows that have downsized scale due to recession, TAIPEI PLAS 2010 remains vigorous. That resilience is built upon a winning industry that networks a vast cluster system in both Taiwan and throughout Asia. The continued scale of TAIPEI PLAS 2010 also mirrors the firm confidence of Taiwanese vendors for the future. That faith has spurred companies to invent their way out of recession by placing increased funding into R&D and product development that in turn is attracting greater numbers of foreign buyers.

TAIPEI PLAS 2010, also known as the 2010 Taipei International Plastics & Rubber Industry Show is organized by TAITRA (the Taiwan External Trade Development Council) and TAMI (the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry. It runs from March 5 to March 9, 2010 at the TWTC NANGANG Exhibition Hall to offer one of the top three plastic and rubber shows in Asia.
