2016 COMPUTEX - Countdown to Show Opening

COMPUTEX 2016 will open from May 31st to June 4th. With a brand new position-“Building Partnerships in Internet Computing Ecosystems” by combining 4 themes: “IoT technology application”, “Innovation and startups”, “Business Solution” and “Gaming”, COMPUTEX is with a whole new look. Especially for IoT related products and services, COMPUTEX established the SmarTEX area, located at the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1; and for startups and innovators, InnoVEX exhibit was established and more than 200 startups from 20 countries are ready to debut at the Taipei World Trade Center Hall 3.
COMPUTEX being Asia’s largest and world’s leading professional ICT show, Asian buyers accounted for 70% of international buyers. In recent years, with the rise of Southeast Asian market, COMPUTEX, like a powerful magnetic, attracts buyers from Singapore, and Malaysia, and Thailand. India on the other hand, becomes the top 10 buyer country in 2015, showing the COMPUTEX’s influence expanding westward and through India.
With over 250 thousand readers, NCN Magazine of India held its 9th NCN Awards ceremony, awarding the most innovative products of 2015, editor selection, best ICT organizations in India, and a total of 6 categories. COMPUTEX was awarded with the Special Awards for the exhibition’s expertise and professionalism, industry interaction and other evaluation criteria, such as outstanding performance. Mr. Scott Yang, Deputy Director of TAITRA, representative to receive the award, openly invited hundreds of Indian telecommunication manufacturers, distributors and international representatives to visit COMPUTEX 2016.
Mr. Scott Yang, Deputy Director of TAITRA, said in his address, international buyers and the media are certainly the momentums that keep pushing COMPUTEX forward. COMPUTEX 2016 attracts more than 1,600 exhibitors from 29 countries with key exhibitors including Acer, ABB, Asus, Audi, Delta, Gigabyte, Haier, Hisense, HTC, Intel, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, MSI, NTT, NVIDIA, SAMSUNG, SIEMENS, Supermicro, Transcend and other famous brands.
