Operational Process

This machine operates in coordination with related auto dipping machine to complete auto transferring and leveling.

1. Take two cassettes with one-side dipped and dried chips from the auto dipping machine to the loading plate of the machine.
2. Transferring. Transfer the upward protruded and dipped side downward to dip.
3. TCP transferring: Through reversal motor transferring TCPs 180 degrees, making the un-dipped side face up.
4. Leveling. Move transferred TCPs to the level air presser for leveling.
5. Completed cassettes which are collected in the unloading cassette can be manually moved to the auto dipping machine for following actions.
