FEATURES:
1. We designed tester all following IPC 2.3.17 (4.1) test method requirement.
2. The temperature tolerance is ± 1.5oC on a heating platen tested at 9 points.
3. The heating platen is precision machined and ground for high parallelism and
flatness accuracy up to ± 0.02mm.
4. Upper, lower heating platen with PID device to calculate temperature
automatically.
5. Heat-resisting oil seal for leak-proof and durable operation.
* IPC: 2.3.17 Resin flow of prepreg materials (B-Stage)
4.1 Laminating press mainatined at a temperature of 171 ± 2.8oC (340 ±
5o) and capable of providing a pressure of 200 psi (±10psi) on the test
specimen.
