This enzyme product is developed based on synthetic biology technology with AI assisted structural redesign. By optimizing mannosidase or mannanase genes derived from extremophilic microorganisms and utilizing expression systems such as E. coli, yeast, and Bacillus subtilis, it achieves high density and high-efficiency production of enzyme protein. It features high specificity, continuously hydrolyzing one,four glycosidic bonds in guar gum and its modified products, achieving thorough breaking and effectively removing formation damage caused by fracturing fluid residues and filter cake. This product is a high temperature biological enzyme breaker specifically developed for guar gum fracturing systems in shale oil wells and high temperature reservoirs. It maintains high activity under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, enabling fast and complete breaking.
