Product Description:
The titanium carbide cermet rod(TiC rod) belongs to the steel-bonded cemented carbide, which is a kind of compound material based on the steel as the binder phase and using the refractory metal carbide(mainly the titanium carbide and the tungsten carbide) as the hard phase. The TiC rod is the high-hardness and high-strength titanium-based alloy composite material.

Product Application:
1)The TiC titanium carbide rod/bars is mainly used for Hammer head, jaw plate, concave, mantle, alloy ball, plate hammer wear part,machine equipment wear parts, Large crusher hammer head, Large ball mill, To improve the service life of equipment, it is also used for impact crusher hammer to crush limestone and other minerals; wear resistance pin in casting hammer head or limestone crusher;

2) The product is mainly used for heavy machinery gear tunneling of roadheader which plays an important role in improveing boring machine life. It can improve even 3 to 5 times of service life. Because it is contacting directly with the rock , it is service life that directly influences boring machine's efficiency. Lots of boring machines such as S100,EBJ1600 have a lot of disadvantages like: low hardness, poor wear resistance, big coefficient of friction, poor corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity and so on;

3) The titanium carbide based cermet can be used in bad working environment, and it can growth the service life.The titanium carbide rods have strong high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high wear resistance.
