This is a fully-automatic form-insert-seal monoblock cartoning machine for stand up pouches designed and manufactured for a US customer. A delta robot (ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker) is employed for picking and inserting filled pouches in cartons. ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker is capable of the fastest picking applications and have been optimized for packing applications. The robot has outstanding motion performance with the shortest cycle times, precision accuracy for payloads from 1 to 8 kg. Carton form, pouch inserting and carton sealing 3-in-1. This monoblock case packer is easy to be installed and an ideal cartoning machine for the epedemic period as it is the diffcult time to have technicians for installation from suppliers abroad.
