Poly Bag Inserter | Case Lining Machine

This fully-automatic poly bag inserter, manufactured in China, is designed to efficiently place poly bags into cases or boxes. The machine dispenses film from roll stock, cuts and seals it into a bag, opens and cuffs the bag over the case flaps, and blows air to expand the bag for a snug fit against the case internal walls. This bag inserter machine reduces labor and material costs while being simple to operate and easy to adjust.

The poly bag inserter is an ideal solution for bulk packaging of items such as bread rolls, edible oils and fats, fruits and vegetables, granules and nuts, meat and fish, caps and closures, golf balls, and more. When combined with a carton erector, this poly bag inserter becomes part of a fully automated lined-carton forming system, increasing efficiency and reducing labor requirements.
