Chenfan Electric manufactures CRGO/GOES transformer cores and step-lap laminations for transformer OEM projects. The scope includes core cutting, lamination sets and pre-stacked ready-to-insert cores, with dimensions and stacking arrangements made to the agreed project drawing. Manufacturing controls cover burrs, dimensional consistency, stacking geometry, alignment and material traceability. Inspection and delivery form are agreed against the project specification. CRGO slit coils and strips are also available. Technical requirements are reviewed before a project-specific quotation.
